SummerEyes is an AI productivity tool that can be downloaded as a Chrome Extension. We require you to register an account here, and then use the same account details to sign in to the extension, which can be downloaded here.
Once set up, you can use your companion to summarize any text in the web browser.

Setup

Installing & accessing SummerEyes

Create account

Register with our service by creating an account. Please use an active email adress so we can verify & contact you if required.

Download extension

Install the SummerEyes extension from the Chrome Web Store. You will be prompted to approve a set of permissions to enable the extension - these are necessary to provide a great user experience.

Sign in to extension

Open the extension by clicking the icon in the top-right of the Chrome browser. Sign in using the credentials registered in step through the official website. You'll have to sign in to the extension even if you're signed in to our website.

Summarize

SummerEyes will popup on any page we think we can assist. Hover over the icon and select "Summarize this for me" for instant summaries, right in the webpage.

Accessing summaries in your browser

We offer three avenues to summarize text online. Let's walk through them together.

Summarize an entire webpage

The AI companion will popup on any page we think we can assist. Hover over the SummerEyes icon and select "Summarize this for me" for instant summaries, right in the webpage.

Summarize specific highlighted text on a webpage

Any text you can select with your cursor may also be summarized. Select text as if you were about to copy it, right-click, and select "Summarize this for me" from the menu. We'll then generate a summary just as we would for a full webpage.

Summarize text through copy-paste

Want to summarize some text that's not in your web browser? No worries. Open up our extension by clicking the icon to the right of the URL bar & navigate to the "Summarize" tab. You can paste any text in the box and we'll create a summary of it.
